in the Parish of Wimbledon in the
county

Surry Blacksmith
hereby make my
Will
. I give unto my
wife all my Household Goods and Wearing Apparel of every
description whatever for her sole Use and Benefit. I also give unto my
Wife all the Root Residue and remainder of Estate real and personal
whatsoever and wheresoever after payment of my just costs funeral and the
charges of proving this my Will except one hundred pounds at interest in
the 3 per Cent Reduced with the Interest for the issue of which my wife is
now pregnant and if it should depart this life before it shall have
attained the age of twenty one I then desire that my Wife and my
Brother Thomas
Cogger shall have an equal share of it and if my wife does not live
to make use of the above mentioned I desire that my
Mother Ann
Cogger and Ann
Croucher should have an equal share thereof and I hereby nominate
constitute and appoint my Brother
Thomas Cogger Executer of this my last Will.
In witness whereof I the testator have hereunto set my hand and
seal this twenty second day of November in the year of our Lord One
thousand eight hundred and eight

this last Will and Testament in the presence of us who at his request in
his presence and in the presence of each of them have hereunto subscribed
