Elizabeth Trebeck Widow of Prowlingworth 1689

In the name of God Amen.  The Eighteenth Day of October Anno Domini   1688.  I Elizabeth Trebeck of Prowlingworth in the Tithe of Titchfield in the County of Southton widdow being sick in body but in good sences in full and perfect memory Thanks be to God doe make Constitute ordaine This my last Will and Testament in manner and forme following that is to say First I give and bequeath my Soule into the hands of Almighty God my Creator trusting throught the Merritts of my Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ to be made partaker of Everlasting Life. And my body to the earth to be after my Decease decently Buried at the Di scretion of my Executor hereafter named And for my Estates xxereby goods which it hath pleased God to endow me with I give and Di spose thereof as followeth.  First I will that all my debts Funerrall charges shall be all paid and Di scharged.  Item I give unto my Son Robert Trebeck the sum of Fourteen  pounds yearly during his natural Life to be paid out of the Tithes and profits of my lands called Burrage and Coldparks and I give him more also my best bed and all thereunto belonging.  Item I give unto my Daughter Susana Boyse my best Horse and my great Bible to be paid and Delivered unto her within a month after my decease.  Item I give unto my Son Richard Trebeck of the Tithe of Alverstoke my two best kine (cattle)  to be paid and delivered within a month after my decease.  Item I give unto Robert Trebeck the Son of Richard Trebeck of Alverstoke the sum of Five pounds Lawfull money of England to be paid to him when he shall come to the age of One and Twenty years. Item I give unto Elizabeth Trebeck the daughter the daughter(sic) of Richard Trebeck aforesaid the sum of Ten pounds lawfull money of England to be paid to her when shee shall come to the Age of One and Twenty years.  Item I give unto Susana Trebeck the daughter of Richard Trebeck aforesaid the sum of Ten Pounds Lawfull money of England to be paid to her when shee shall come to the Age of One and Twenty years.  Item I give unto Robert Trebeck the Son of Robert Trebeck of Burrage the sume of Twenty pounds of Lawfull money of England to be paid to him when hee shall come to the Age of One and Twenty years.  Item I give unto John Trebeck the Son of Robert Trebeck of Burrage the sum of Twenty pounds to be paid to him when he shall come to the Age of One and Twenty years.  Item I give unto Stephen Trebeck the Son of Robert Trebeck of Burrage the sum of Twenty pounds  Lawfull money of England to be paid to him when he shall come to the Age of One and Twenty years. Item I give unto James Trebeck the Son of Robert Trebeck of Burrage the sum of Twenty pounds Lawfull money of England to be paid to him when he shall come to the Age of one and Twenty years. Item I give unto William Trebeck the Son of Robert Trebeck of Burrage the sum of Twenty pounds to be paid to him when he shall come to the Age of One and Twenty years. Item I give unto Elizabeth Trebeck the daughter of Robert Trebeck of Burrage the sum of Twenty pounds  Lawfull money of England to be paid to her when shee shall come to the Age of One and Twenty years.  All the rest of my goods Chattells whatsoever my personal estate my leases and deeds of Burrage and Coldparks with all my rights and title thereunto I give and bequeath unto my grandchild Richard Trebeck the Son of Robert Trebeck of Burrage in the Tithe of Titchfield whome I doe make and appoynt to be sole executor of this my Last Will and Testament  if he shall live to come to the Age of One and Twenty years which xxxxee in the Latter end of May 1689.  Butt If the said Richard Trebeck shall happen to dye and depart this life which god defend before the age of One and Twenty years  then my will is I doe hereby make and Appoint Robert Trebeck the Son of the Aforesaid Robert Trebeck of Burrage to bee my sole executor of this my Last Will and Testament.  And I doe hereby Revoke make Void all other wills  by me heretofore made. In witness hereof I the above named Elizabeth Trebeck have  hereunto set set my hand and seale the above named eighteenth day of October Anno 1688 And I do hereby appoint Robert Spearshott and Thomas Houghton executors of this my Last Will and Testament.
